James Douglas Muir Leno, often known as Jay Leno, is an actor, comedian, writer, producer, and also became a television host for the shows The Tonight Show, and his very own Jay Leno Show. In 1968, he graduated from Andover High School and, later on, got his bachelor’s degree in speech therapy from Emerson College.

Television hosting aside, Leno would perform as a touring stand-up comedian and have as much as up to 200 scheduled dates per year around the USA and Canada. And thanks to the money-saving strategy he has been following ever since, he never spent any of the salaries he earned from The Tonight Show. Instead, he only spends what he made from his stand-up performances. Leno is an avid car collector with nearly 300 cars. His car collection is worth more than $100 million.
