It is undeniable that Tom Cruise is one of Hollywood’s most treasured stars. The award-winning actor has been a household name ever since his break-out role in the 1983 film Risky Business. Since then, Cruise has gone a long way in creating a bountiful acting career for himself. Among the list of his most notable acting credits come from films like Interview with a Vampire, Top Gun, Rain Man, and the Mission: Impossible franchise. The Jerry McGuire actor also became one of the highest-paid actors in the industry. Currently, his net worth floats at a whopping $600 million.

Cruise has also explored the world of production. In 1993, he partnered up with Paula Wagner, his former talent agent, and established the Cruise/Wagner Productions. Aside from starring in United Artists film, the actor also takes producer credits. He started dating Dawson’s Creek actress Katie Holmes in 2005, and the couple welcomed their only daughter Suri the following year. Cruise and Holmes tied the knot in November of 2006 but unfortunately have gone their separate ways in 2012.
