KEVIN BACON – TV SERIES AND MOVIE ACTOR

Kevin Bacon made a name for himself when he did the 1984 musical-drama film Footloose. It was followed by a number of successful movies like Apollo 13, Mystic River, JFK, A Few Good Men, and more. In 2003, Bacon earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his contributions to the film industry. In recent years, Bacon has appeared in a series of advertisements.

Although Bacon didn’t suffer any substance abuse issue, he and his wife of 31 years, Kyra Sedgwick, got into a financial controversy when their savings got lost in Bernie Madoff’s Ponzi scheme. Fortunately, their financial advisor and lawyers helped them fix the issue legally. Now, Bacon is still busy acting. He is part of the TV series City on a Hill and has an upcoming movie, You Should Have Left which will probably come out next year.
