OZ PERKINS – ANTHONY PERKINS’ SON

Anthony Perkins is the American actor best known for his cult-favorite horror film series Psycho. Created by Alfred Hitchcock, the Psycho films birthed Anthony as a go-to actor of directors in casting horror and thriller movies. Anthony stars in The Murder in the Orient Express, The Edge of Sanity, and Crimes of Passion. Though the actor departed in the early ‘90s, he left a lasting memory with his movies and through his son, Oz Perkins.

Oz was born in 1974 from Anthony Perkin’s marriage to Berry Berenson. He is the older brother of the singer Elvis Perkins. Seemingly, the brothers have a split inheritance of their father’s talents – Elvis got the singing talent, while Oz got the acting and directing talent. Apparently, Oz had the upper advantage as he also inherited his father’s looks. The actor-director even got an acting credit as the younger version of his father in Psycho II. Additionally, Oz is continuing the legacy of his father in the thriller-horror genre. Apart from being an actor, he is also a writer and director of horror films.
