CHRISTIAN GUDEGAST – ERIC BRAEDEN’S SON

Best known for his role as business wizard Victor Newman on The Young and the Restless, Eric Braeden has leveraged a European personality with a German accent into a long-running television career in America. He decided to pursue acting after landing a supporting role in Operation and was in demand in Hollywood for most of the 1960s. The star changed his name and tried to reposition himself in Hollywood. He became one of the television’s leading men for nearly two decades, earning five Daytime Emmy nominations.

His personal life is just as good as his professional life; he’s been happily married for over 50 years. Christian Gudegast, Eric’s only son, is already an adult and bears a striking resemblance to his famous father. He is a prolific screenwriter who rose to a degree of fame after penning the 2003 film A Man Apart. Christian is a devoted husband and father, just like his dad.
