JAMES MCCARTNEY – PAUL MCCARTNEY’S SON

Paul McCartney, as a former member of one of the most influential musical bands in history, became a major figure in music production and labeling. Due to the gigantic contribution of his former band, The Beatles, to music, different styles of genres were formed based on their music. After their group disbanded in the 1970s, his career did not end just then and there. He produced over 60 gold discs and sold over 100 million singles to date, and his song Yesterday is given credit as the most covered song of all time.

James McCartney has also been having some success in the music industry. His heavy melodic and indie-folk style in most of his songs is obviously rooted in his father’s band, Wings, and is one that gave him a separate identity as a musician. Two of his notable works are his debut album, Me, and his second album, The Blackberry Train.
