MARISKA HARGITAY – JAYNE MANSFIELD’S DAUGHTER

For those who enjoyed watching famous shows back in the 50s, you probably have seen Jayne Mansfield on screen. She was a Hollywood sex symbol during that period and one of the early Playboy Playmates. It is regrettable that her film career was short. In 1967, she died in a car accident at the age of 34. She was successful in several movies, such as The Girl Can’t Help It and Promises! Promises!. For those who didn’t, don’t worry, you wouldn’t miss a smile.

Just look at her daughter, Mariska Hargitay, and you will immediately notice the striking similarities between the two. Just like her mother, Mariska enjoyed a successful career in Hollywood. Aside from her looks and personality, the actress also got her mother’s excellent money management skills. She is probably well recognized as the fan-favorite, Olivia Benson, in the hit TV series Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.
