TY GRETZKY – WAYNE GRETZKY’S SON

Ty Gretzky, unlike his brother, followed the footsteps of his dad as a hockey player. At a young age, he already developed a passion for the sport. However, he was soon overwhelmed by the pressure of having a successful father, and so he decided to quit the game. Because of his father’s prominence in the sport of hockey, some people surmised that Ty would never be like his dad. As a result, he just continued getting a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Arizona State University.

Ty appeared in several Sharp Viewcam TV advertisements with his father Wayne and his grandpa Walter. After he left the sport of hockey, he said that he had found golf as a newfound hobby. Interestingly, he co-founded the Gretzky Hockey School with his father in 2014, which is aimed at helping those people who are aspiring to become a successful hockey player just like his dad. No doubt that he will still enjoy life from his investments even though he doesn’t play the sport anymore.
