MAYA RUDOLPH – MINNIE RIPPERTON’S DAUGHTER

You may know Minnie Ripperton for her classic hit “Lovin’ You”. Unfortunately, the great singer died at only 32 years old. Aside from leaving a great legacy, she also left a talented daughter, Maya Rudolph. Maya was only seven years old when her mother died. She successfully inherited her mother’s talent and stunning beauty. Aside from being a singer like her mother, she is also an actress, voice artist, and comedian.

Minnie would have been proud of what her daughter has become considering all the investments she’s made for her before her passing. Rudolph was first seen playing as a policeman in the movie As Good As it Gets and in the following year she played as a nurse on Gattaca. Later on, in 2000, she joined NBC’s long-running comedy show Saturday Night Live during its final three episodes and still plays various roles in the show until today.
